These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of websites, products, and services operated by Sona Labs LLC ("Sona Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized in the State of New York. By accessing or using any Sona Labs property, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Individual ventures (including but not limited to Bubbas at teambubbas.com and Steps) may publish supplemental terms that govern product-specific functionality. In any conflict between these Terms and a venture's supplemental terms, the supplemental terms control for that venture.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use Sona Labs properties only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Use the service in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service or any related systems
Use the service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any Sona Labs software
Scrape, crawl, or otherwise collect data from the service without prior written consent

3. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and other intellectual property on Sona Labs properties are owned by Sona Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

4. User Content

If a Sona Labs venture allows you to submit content (posts, comments, uploads, etc.), you retain ownership of that content. By submitting it, you grant Sona Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely to operate and improve the relevant venture.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sona Labs disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sona Labs LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sona Labs LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

8. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the relevant Sona Labs property. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
